Baby Bear # 13 Baby bear was the first baby afghan I designed. As you can see it also won a blue ribbon. It measures 35" by 48" done on size 6 needles. But I found that the way I knit it really needed smaller needles. It works out to 36" by 39" with size 3 needles, and it is more sturdy. If you know the name of the baby you can personalize it by putting the baby's initials on the three sides of the block. I put his whole name on the yellow stripe of the ball, after the pictures were taken.

Hearts # 14 This Hearts afghan won a blue ribbon. It was done up in pinks as a baby afghan that measured 37" by 46". I originally designed it as a full size afghan in reds. Norwegian #22 Baby Norwegian # 23
I ended up doing the Norwegian in a baby size. The border is not as ornate as the big one, but the middle band breaks it up a little. You can order either the full size one, #22, or the baby one #23.
